I love "Tonkotsu Ramen":D
Mainly, The soup is made of born of pork:D

I think it's not so popular in your country(except japanese) :O
It taste so strong and bitter though oishii!! I love it actually:D

Negitoro is pasted Tsuna ~ x)
You can eat it with say sauce:D
